Former Rackley Sales Executive Mark Stroop Joins Leading Commercial Lines Rating Firm for MGAs, Program Administrators and Insurers

His responsibilities will include facilitating the expansion of NetRate’s footprint in serving the MGA, Program Management, and Carrier space with its sophisticated, intuitive and customizable commercial lines rating and policy issuance solutions. Mark brings 20 years of rating experience to NetRate Systems as a former sales executive for Rackley Systems.
